Submit a request by clicking “Book a Tour” button and include time and location of the tour. If you have a tour scheduled with a landlord, agent, or current tenant, please include their name and contact.
Once the request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link for streaming into the live tour. You can easily reschedule the appointment using the links in this email.
At the time of your scheduled tour, simply use the Zoom link to dial into the live tour hosted by Gander. Supplemental videos, photos and dimensions will be sent to the customer after the live tour.
Pay securely through Stripe when booking the tour.
Cancellations need to be submitted at least two hours ahead of the scheduled tour for a full refund. If cancelled within two hours, you will be partially refunded ($25 taken as cancellation fee).
