What do I receive after a Gander Tour?
Interior and exterior photos, a video walkthrough, neighborhood footage, water-pressure, noise and smell observations, and a written field report. You can also join live by FaceTime.
Can Gander arrange the apartment showing?
You schedule the showing with the listing agent, owner or management company. Gander attends as your independent local viewer.
Is Gander affiliated with a landlord or broker?
No. Gander is independent and does not receive a commission from a landlord, broker or property manager.
Is this a licensed home inspection?
No. Gander documents the visual condition of a property at the time of the visit. It is not a licensed home-inspection, brokerage, appraisal or engineering service.
