It's hard to tell the state of a unit from pictures, and the Zoom tour allowed me not only to confirm that it was real, but to get a good sense of the cleanliness, layout, and neighborhood. They also checked things I wouldn't have thought to ask about, such as water pressure. It was extremely helpful and very reasonably priced!

An agent only shows you what they want to show - with Gander you have someone on your side to find out everything there is to know about the place.

Even if I could check the apartment in person, I would use this service because they are more thorough than I would be.

Gander was so easy to use with a click of a button and they did a better job inspecting the place than I would! They showed me everything from the neighborhood to the water in the sinks and tiny little marks. I highly recommend if you are out of state/country or if you're just busy.
