Hi there, I’m Grace. I started Gander to help New Yorkers and soon-to-be New Yorkers find their next homes regardless of where they are situated.

When I was a college student at Harvard looking for my first apartment in NYC, I found it stressful and overwhelming to find a place without being able to apartment hunt in person. Fast forward a few years, looking for my second apartment in the city while working in finance posed a new problem: limited time.

This led me to realize I couldn’t have been alone in dealing with such a challenge. I wanted to help fellow young professionals be efficient with their time and feel confident in choosing their next homes. Introducing Gander!
