Gander is a tour-coordination service. By using Gander, you authorize us to contact listing representatives using the contact details and availability you provide.

Membership and billing

The iOS Gander Membership costs $9.99 per month and renews automatically through Apple until canceled. You may manage or cancel it in your App Store subscription settings; cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period. Deleting your Gander account does not cancel billing through Apple. Purchases made on the Gander website are separate services processed by Stripe at the price shown during website checkout.

Tour requests

A request is not a confirmed tour. A tour is confirmed only when the app displays a confirmed date and time. Listing availability, representative responses, access, and cancellations are controlled by third parties, so Gander cannot guarantee that any particular tour will be booked.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact and availability information, submit only lawful public listing links, and use the service for genuine housing inquiries. Do not use Gander for spam, fraud, harassment, or attempts to bypass access controls.

Changes and cancellations

Listings and confirmed tours may change or be canceled by their representatives. Contact support promptly if your availability changes.

Disclaimer and liability

Gander coordinates communications and does not own, manage, inspect, or warrant listed properties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gander is not responsible for listing accuracy, third-party conduct, rental decisions, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
